Prepaid Orders

  • Shipping Timeline: All prepaid orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of confirmation.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

  • Pre-Order Items: Some of our products are offered on a pre-order basis. For these, the estimated shipping time is mentioned clearly in the product description tab.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders, pan India.

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are usually delivered within 7–8 working business days, depending on your location.

  • Refund Deduction: If you return a product, ₹100 will be deducted from your refund as return shipping cost.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Shipping Timeline: COD orders are shipped within 3–4 working days.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp after dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges: An additional ₹150 COD shipping fee applies, which is non-refundable. This will be added at checkout.

  • Refund Deduction: In case of returns, ₹100 will be deducted from your refund, along with the non-refundable ₹150 COD fee already paid.

International Orders

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees for international orders will be charged at actuals based on your delivery location and order weight.

  • Customs & Duties: Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be levied at the destination country.
