Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy โ€“ Velor and Looms

We strive to ensure that every product from Velor and Looms meets your expectations. However, if you need to return, exchange, or cancel an order, please read our policies below carefully.

  • Sale Items: Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • No exceptions will be made for sale items.

Please note that product images displayed on our website are professionally shot and edited. While we aim for accuracy, actual product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and lighting.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Returns

  • All return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.

  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with brand tag and plastic seal intact.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the tag or plastic seal is removed.

  • We attempt two reverse pickups. If both fail, the customer is responsible for sending the item back to our return address.

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on the courier service coverage in your area.

  • Any concerns regarding defects, damages, or quantity issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • COD shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A โ‚น100 deduction will apply to all approved refunds as a logistics charge.

  • Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.


โœ… Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible:

  • Product must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Gift cards/store credit are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, but remain valid for a lifetime.


๐Ÿšซ Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped through your โ€œMy Accountโ€ page or by contacting our support team.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch. You may, however, initiate a return post-delivery as per the policy.

  • Refusal to accept the order upon delivery will be treated as a return and handled accordingly.

  • Pre-orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond that, cancellations are not permitted.


๐Ÿ”„ Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be new, unused, unwashed, with tags and seal intact.

  • Two reverse pickup attempts will be made. After that, youโ€™ll need to self-ship the product.

  • Reverse pickup service depends on your location.

  • Report any quality or quantity issues within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Exchanges are not available for international shipments.

Important:
If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the price difference will not be refunded. We recommend requesting a return and choosing a gift card as your refund method for flexibility in future purchases.
